National Museum of the American Indian

Series of large-scale banners designed for the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian’s exterior signage promoting the museum and featuring its many rich experiences. Located at the historic Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House in Lower Manhattan, these banners were designed to attract visitors amidst the heavy foot traffic in the adjacent Battery Park and Statue of Liberty ferry landing. Through imagery, color and text that reflected the types of experiences you can have at the museum the banners are designed to be interchangeable and can be easily updated for new and upcoming exhibitions while incorporating the new branding of the NMAI.
