The Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian in Manhattan was opening a new children’s learning and activity center. A logo development was needed as well as signage above the doors to the center. Because of the architecture of the historical building we needed the signage to be able to be installed on steel bars above the door and have an engaging layered dimensional effect. Used the colors from the existing identity but tried to give the project its own eye-catching combination that reflected the dynamic environment for children.
